Copyright Notification

All users of CIA Studios webcast programs are required to abide by and comply with all state and federal laws governing copyrights and trademarks, as well as other applicable state and federal laws and applicable CIA Studios polices. The use of copyrighted material may require the permission of the copyright owner. The absence of a copyright notice or symbol on a work does not mean it is not copyrighted. Copyrighted works can include, but are not limited to, text, graphics, music, slides, and video content. Permission to use any CIA Studios copyrighted materials or trademarks for commercial purposes must be approved in writing by an authorized representative of CIA Studios.

A viewer's privilege to access and use the CIA Studios Broadcast System and Web site is subject to termination if the viewer violates CIA Studios' policies governing system use or is found to be a repeat copyright infringer.

Reporting Possible Copyright Infringements
